Do I have to pay to be listed?

No. Every listing is free. Claim yours to edit it, receive quote requests and see how it performs. Featured is optional.

What does Featured change?

Featured listings are sorted ahead of all free listings on the browse page, every service and city page, and the homepage selection, and they carry a Featured badge. Your profile content stays exactly as you write it.

Is the Verified badge part of Featured?

No. Verified means we've confirmed you run the agency, and it's free. Claim your listing while logged in with an email address on your agency's domain and it's added straight away.

Do I need to claim my listing first?

Yes. Featured upgrades a listing you've claimed, so log in and claim it first. It's free and usually instant.

Can I cancel?

Yes. There is no minimum term on the monthly plan, and you can manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time.

How do I pay, and do you offer refunds?

Payment is by card through Stripe. Every Featured plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy, we'll refund you in full.
